As a result of the attack, 22 residents of the building were killed, including four children. The President expressed his condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and spoke with residents about their needs regarding housing, document recovery, and compensation. The cemetery already has sections for honorary burials, two columbaria, engineering networks, and an access road. For visitors, a parking lot and a regularly operating shuttle service have been arranged. A separate area of the cemetery is designated for the burial of warriors whose names are not yet known.

A clear response of the world to this evil is needed. There are no deadlines that Putin would not break. There are no diplomatic opportunities that would not be ruined because of Russia. Strong steps are needed. I thank everyone who understands this. Sanctions are needed. Tariffs are needed against those who sponsor this war in one way or another.
