In the course of the Summit, we addressed a broad agenda to enhance regional security, including but not limited to the Black Sea region, resilience, and cooperation.

During the Ukraine – Southeast Europe Summit, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on European partners to continue defense support for Ukraine, maintain unity and resilience against hybrid threats, strengthen cyber protection, and deepen cooperation in infrastructure development.

The security of Southeastern Europe and the Black Sea is indivisible. And this has been obvious to Ukraine since 2014 and became clear to the entire continent in 2022. Yet, even today, we are compelled to fight not only for our country but to ensure this reality becomes the cornerstone of a new regional policy.

The first working session of the newly established Coordination Platform for Humanitarian Response was held under the co-chairmanship of Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk and UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine Matthias Schmale.

And it means that Moscow fears no one in the world – no one among those who have called for an end to the killings and for meaningful negotiations on ending the war.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the presentation of the all-Ukrainian “Barrier-Free Means When You Can” social change campaign, aimed at promoting the principles of accessibility and engaging people in the implementation of this goal.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak held an online conversation with advisors to the leaders of Northern European and Baltic states, as well as to the Presidents of the European Council and the European Commission, and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.

The Head of the President’s Office noted Lithuania’s consistent support for sanctions policy and emphasized the importance of the EU’s 18th sanctions package including sanctions against the banking and energy sectors, the shadow fleet, as well as secondary restrictions. According to Andriy Yermak, sanctions will be especially effective if coordinated with the United States, Norway, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Japan.

Our precision matters and should not only spoil the mood in Moscow, but also undermine the real capacity of military production, army supplies, and strategic potential. I thank all our warriors and companies who make this possible.
