President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez.

The President noted that while international institutions demonstrate weakness, Russia continues its aggressive war against Ukraine and seeks to destabilize countries in Europe.

We have to remember what Crimea is. We must act so that Russia knows – we remember, and we will not forgive, and we are fighting for international law and basic human justice to prevail. 

We must use everything we have – together – to force the aggressor to stop. And only then do we have a real chance that this arms race won’t end in catastrophe for all of us. If it takes weapons to do it, if it takes pressure on Russia – then it must be done. And it must be done now. Otherwise, Putin will keep driving the war forward – wider and deeper.
