President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree enacting a decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions on 91 vessels that are part of Russia’s shadow fleet.

They only complicate everything and undermine what are, frankly, already limited diplomatic opportunities. That is exactly why support for Ukraine is needed. Sufficient pressure on Russia is needed. The war must be ended with guaranteed security and definitely without any rewards for the aggressor for the war.

As a tribute to fallen Ukrainian athletes and heroes, Vladyslav Heraskevych intended to compete in the skeleton event wearing a helmet of remembrance. It featured portraits of Ukrainian athletes killed by Russia. However, the International Olympic Committee disqualified Vladyslav Heraskevych just hours before his first run for alleged “non-compliance of equipment with established requirements.”

Today I had a long discussion with military officials – the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief of the General Staff, and the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. Many changes are underway in our air defense operations.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu, who visited Ukraine for the first time since taking office.

The documents on guarantees are ready. There is no alternative to security. There is no alternative to peace. There is no alternative to rebuilding our country.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to the first responders of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine who are engaged in work at energy facilities and who have distinguished themselves the most over the past week.

And, of course, each of our partners must recognize their strength, their ability to support Ukraine and protect lives. Missiles for air defense are needed every single day. Protection against Russian ballistic attacks is needed every single day.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed decrees enacting decisions of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions on 66 individuals and 62 legal entities. These include citizens and residents of Russia, Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan, and the United Arab Emirates.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Minister of the Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs of France, Catherine Vautrin, who visited Ukraine for the first time since taking office in October last year.
