President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with Prime Minister of Sweden Ulf Kristersson.
The leaders discussed Russian strikes on Ukraine’s energy sector. The Head of State provided detailed information on the overall situation, recovery efforts, and our country’s needs. Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Sweden for today’s decision to allocate $100 million in energy support for Ukraine.
The President and the Prime Minister also discussed bolstering Ukraine’s air defense and protecting critical infrastructure.
“The Nordic and Baltic states strongly support us, which we greatly appreciate. We continue to coordinate our diplomatic efforts as well, and I informed Ulf about the trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi and contacts with the American side. Thank you for the support,” the Head of State noted.
