During a working trip to Donbas, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Mariupol Secondary School of I-III Grades № 26, which was reconstructed in the framework of the Large Construction National Program.
“Great school. Children want to study here. It feels like a modern space for studying. There are all conditions to engage in various activities. There should be more and more such schools in the city," the President said.
Head of the Donetsk regional state administration Pavlo Kyrylenko informed Volodymyr Zelenskyy about the implementation of the Large Construction program in the Donetsk region. In particular, more than 60 km of roads and three bridges are being repaired in the region this year. The program also includes the reconstruction of 11 schools and 8 kindergartens, 6 medical institutions, the creation of 3 cultural and 3 sports facilities, including a cycling sports complex in the city of Lyman.
