We are doing everything to destroy Russian military logistics, and our respective operations continue nonstop. Our warriors are degrading Russia’s strike capabilities and destroying infiltration attempts.

At the command post of the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Mstyslav the Brave, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, together with Minister of Defense Yevhen Khmara, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, and Commander of the Airborne Assault Forces Oleh Apostol, met with warriors carrying out missions in the Lyman sector.

The final three categories opened were claims by the State of Ukraine: “Other losses of property,” “Environmental damage,” and “Pillaging and/or appropriation of natural resources.” Claims in these categories may be submitted by the State, central, regional and local authorities, as well as state and municipal institutions and organizations.

Participants reviewed the work carried out over the past and current years, presented the results of flagship projects, and identified the tasks to be completed by the end of 2026.

We are preparing new talks, including on air defense and further support for Ukraine, that will take place this week. I want to thank all our partners who are truly delivering on our agreements and supplying air defense interceptors.

The meeting focused primarily on preparations for the winter and support for Ukraine’s energy sector. The President noted that a great deal has already been done through the partnership with the EBRD to increase and protect electricity generation. Ukraine counts on this cooperation continuing.

The meeting also covered financial contributions to Ukraine’s defense production and direct defense assistance, first and foremost air defenses to protect against jet-powered drones and ballistic missiles.
