We are preparing new talks, including on air defense and further support for Ukraine, that will take place this week. I want to thank all our partners who are truly delivering on our agreements and supplying air defense interceptors.

The meeting focused primarily on preparations for the winter and support for Ukraine’s energy sector. The President noted that a great deal has already been done through the partnership with the EBRD to increase and protect electricity generation. Ukraine counts on this cooperation continuing.

The meeting also covered financial contributions to Ukraine’s defense production and direct defense assistance, first and foremost air defenses to protect against jet-powered drones and ballistic missiles.

The Head of State placed a memorial lamp at the Menorah Memorial on the grounds of the Babyn Yar National Historical and Memorial Reserve.

This must be countered. It has been a long time since the world imposed effective sanctions on Russia – and the Lindsey Graham law, as well as EU sanctions and sanctions from around the world, can deliver that.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the “Dialogue with Communities” on the practical implementation of school nutrition reform as part of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine.

We already have several effective prototypes of interceptors against Russian jet-powered drones. There are teams using them in combat.
