The second session of the Intergovernmental Negotiation Committee on an International Treaty to establish a Claims Commission for Ukraine was held in The Hague. Participants of the meeting reviewed the draft treaty in detail and discussed the key components of the future commission: its composition, governance principles, and funding.

During the meeting, the parties discussed joint efforts to develop concrete mechanisms that can lead to a just and lasting peace for Ukraine. All sides clearly emphasized that the war must end with an enduring and just peace, and that a full and unconditional ceasefire is the foundation for any further decisions.

In Istanbul, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov held a meeting with Keith Kellogg, Special Envoy of the President of the United States; Jonathan Powell, National Security Adviser to the U.K. Prime Minister; Günter Sautter, Foreign Policy and Security Adviser to the Federal Chancellor of Germany; and Emmanuel Bonne, Diplomatic Adviser to the President of France.
