Advisor – Commissioner of the President for Sanctions Policy Vladyslav Vlasiuk, together with Ukrainian experts who analyze Russian weaponry, demonstrated to media representatives components from missiles and drones that Russia has used in strikes against Ukraine.

The Chancellor expressed his condolences over the ongoing Russian aerial attacks. The President thanked him for his support and informed him about our intelligence data indicating that the Russians are preparing a new massive strike against Ukrainian cities and communities.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in a public conversation between Ukrainian and French cultural figures titled “The Voyage That Continues. How the Season of Culture Is Changing Perceptions of Ukraine in France.” The event took place as part of the 14th International Book Arsenal Festival.

Together with the Director General of Mystetskyi Arsenal, Olesia Ostrovska-Liuta, and the Director of the 14th Book Arsenal, Yuliia Kozlovets, the First Lady explored the latest releases from publishing houses and spoke about the books she had purchased.

At the military base in Uppsala, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Prime Minister of Sweden Ulf Kristersson, during which important agreements were reached on the delivery of Gripen fighter jets.

We began this discussion earlier, and last year, at the end of last year, the relevant decisions were taken. In my view, those were also important, historic decisions, but we started this process. We reached an agreement in December. And today, we already have a decision on combat aviation. Swedish fighter jets that will definitely strengthen our air fleet and our air defense.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Sweden Ulf Kristersson signed a Joint Declaration on Enhanced Security and Defense Cooperation, providing for the development of joint work under the Drone Deal format.
