Volodymyr Zelenskyy and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance near St. Michael’s Cathedral and paid tribute to the fallen Ukrainian defenders.

In the Mykolaiv region, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, together with the Foundation’s team, reviewed the implementation of projects aimed at creating a safe educational environment and supporting family-based forms of upbringing.

In every such strike there is – perhaps not always conscious, but still real – complicity of those who work for Russia, who supply Russia with money, who help it bypass sanctions and find not just one or two, but thousands of components without which Russian military production would simply come to a halt. Five Kalibr missiles contain 145 such components. Thirty-three Iskander missiles contain 1,122 components.

The foreign policy work of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in May focused on bringing a dignified peace closer, strengthening Ukraine’s air defense amid intensified Russian attacks – in particular through additional missile supplies and the reinforcement of combat aviation – forming an anti-ballistic coalition to protect Ukraine and all of Europe from aerial threats, securing contributions to the PURL initiative, concluding new Drone Deals with partners, and bringing Ukrainians back from Russian captivity.

Our warriors now have the capability to reach Russian military logistics across virtually the entire depth of the temporarily occupied territory. There are practically no safe roads left for the occupier in the south and east of our state.

“In the second half of last year, decisions were introduced that ultimately led to a significant strengthening of our frontline positions,” the Head of State noted.

It is important that we remain alert today as well, to every threat and every air raid warning. Intelligence indicating the possibility of a massive strike remains valid.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed two decrees enacting decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on synchronizing sanctions with decisions adopted by the European Union.

In Vinnytsia, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, together with Minister of Youth and Sports Matvii Bidnyi and deputy heads of the relevant ministries, reviewed examples of barrier-free solutions implemented in the region.

On behalf of all Ukrainians, the Head of State expressed support for Romania and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in last night’s Russian drone strike on a residential building in Galați.
