Ukrainian diplomats must strengthen efforts on sanctions against Russia, scale up the Drone Deals, PURL, SAFE, Anti-Ballistic Coalition, and FREYJA projects, ensure preparations for winter and the delivery of interceptor missiles, and strengthen bilateral relations. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during the annual meeting of heads of Ukraine’s foreign diplomatic missions, “Restoring Peace and Ukraine’s Leadership.”

All of us are now engaged in diplomacy – the President, the Government, Parliament, our teams, very often our journalists, Ukrainian businesses, and civil society. Ukrainian warriors, of course, whose strength enables Ukraine to endure. But the role of professional, systematic, career diplomacy is, of course, important and irreplaceable. Please make our diplomacy consistent, effective, and victorious.

On Air Force Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the defenders of Ukraine's skies, congratulated them on their professional holiday, presented state awards, conferred the highest military rank, and handed a battle flag and honorary designation ribbons.

This Russian terror demands a response – a real response from the world. Of course, we see every leader and every country that responds. But the only strong and just response – the one that truly achieves its goal and helps people – is additional support for us here in Ukraine, for our people, for our state.

They followed up on the July 28 meeting between the President of Ukraine and U.S. President Donald Trump in Washington, which was positive and productive. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that air defense, in particular Patriot interceptors against ballistic missiles, remains the top priority, as Russian air attacks on Ukraine continue unabated.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, where the situation at the front and efforts to counter Russian strikes on port infrastructure and the maritime corridor were discussed.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted the letters of credence from the newly appointed ambassadors of foreign states: Oman (non-resident) – Maitha Saif Al Mahrouqi; North Macedonia – Dimitar Blazevski; the United Arab Emirates – Mohammed Matar Butti Hawash Al Khaili; the Netherlands – Roelof Sander van Ees; and France – Brice Roquefeuil.

What matters most, however, is not mere sympathy and condemnation, but air defense missiles and pressure on Russia that can stop this dumb Russian war, all their strikes and their terror.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored Ukrainian warriors with state awards and presented orders and decorations to the families of fallen defenders awarded posthumously. The Head of State emphasized that Ukrainian warriors are doing heroic things that many around the world would be unable to do.
