President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing held in Paris. The meeting brought together representatives of 40 countries, with Moldova and North Macedonia joining the Coalition. This was the 15th meeting of the Coalition of the Willing since its first gathering in February 2025, which was also held in the French capital.

Today, we held a very important and productive meeting of the Coalition of the Willing. We are not merely maintaining this format. Within the Coalition, we are moving toward the point when we will be able to say that peace is drawing closer.

In Paris, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska met with UNESCO Director-General Khaled El-Enany. They discussed the further development of the strategic partnership and the expansion of cooperation.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the world currently lacks sufficient anti-ballistic capabilities, and everyone can see this. The United States is working to increase Patriot production, while Europe is working to expand production of SAMP/T, IRIS-T, and NASAMS, but the need for protection exceeds existing capabilities.

We, the leaders of Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Kingdom recognizing the growing threat posed by ballistic missiles and the increasing importance of defence capabilities for the security of the European continent, announce today the initiation of the establishment of a purely defensive Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the importance of strengthening Ukraine, reinforcing Ukrainian air defenses, and accelerating the development of Europe’s anti-ballistic capabilities. According to the President of Ukraine, France has precisely the capabilities and advanced technologies needed to help.

It should not take weeks to move from announcing a support package for Ukraine to delivering it. And this is the responsibility of everyone in the state involved, above all, in diplomatic efforts.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met in Kyiv with Michael McCaul, Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

This command must concentrate 100% of the available resources on degrading Russia’s warfighting potential even more. The commander in charge of this direction will be strong and certainly highly experienced.
