The parties discussed the next steps in the negotiation process aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace. Andriy Yermak stressed the need to increase pressure on Russia to bring it to the table for constructive talks.

I gave several special instructions – I’m not disclosing the details yet, but the outcome must be clear: increased production in Ukraine and for Ukraine. All opportunities must be available – both for businesses and for state manufacturers. The main point is that the scale of our production and the pace of drone development must be fully aligned with the conditions of the war.

Partner countries must continue to take concrete steps to strengthen sanctions pressure on Russia so that the aggressor state continues to feel the cost of war. This was stated by the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, during the Fair Play Conference, dedicated to the introduction of additional sanctions against the Russian Federation.

The Head of State noted the need to intensify cooperation with key global manufacturers of equipment and components to strengthen control over where their products ultimately end up.

Today, we are launching an expedited synchronization process. Every necessary decision by our partners regarding sanctions against Russia and related individuals must be swiftly implemented in Ukraine. And our Ukrainian sanctions – against those who have chosen Russia and who have chosen war, against those who assist aggression – must also be confirmed in other jurisdictions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has expanded the Council for Entrepreneurship Support to strengthen dialogue between the state and domestic business, address pressing issues, and develop a new economic strategy. This was stated by the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, during his participation in the State and Business Forum: From Dialogue to Partnership.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed to prepare a decision on a long-term moratorium on business inspections to protect entrepreneurs from pressure. The Head of State announced this during his speech at the State and Business Forum: From Dialogue to Partnership.

We in the government understand that it is economic growth that should fill the budget, not pressure, not simply squeezing money out of the economy. And good decisions are impossible without good teams that generate ideas and ensure that decisions are implemented. That is why dialogue between the state and all forces in society is necessary, particularly with entrepreneurs.

Strengthening sanctions against Russia, ensuring financial support for Ukraine, and sending a clear political signal regarding our country’s accession to the European Union – with these calls, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the participants of the European Council session.

The EU remains a strong global force that can protect – and does protect – European values and interests. It also plays a key role in making sure the war that Russia is waging doesn’t spread further, and in moving things toward peace.
