As a result of the attack, 22 residents of the building were killed, including four children. The President expressed his condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and spoke with residents about their needs regarding housing, document recovery, and compensation. Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed all relevant authorities to provide maximum assistance to those affected in resolving all their problems.

The guarantees will consist of three blocks, and the President emphasized that one of the key security guarantees must be Ukraine’s membership in the European Union.

The cemetery already has sections for honorary burials, two columbaria, engineering networks, and an access road. For visitors, a parking lot and a regularly operating shuttle service have been arranged. A separate area of the cemetery is designated for the burial of warriors whose names are not yet known.
