It is important to do everything possible to make Moscow finally feel that this war is truly costly for them. Only then will the Russians start thinking about how to end what they themselves started.

The parties discussed preparations for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. The Head of State noted that Ukraine, as well as other countries defending life, equally count on the IOC to maintain the principled stance it upheld during the 2024 Olympics in Paris toward aggressive Russia and its accomplice, Belarus.

On Knowledge Day, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy greeted students at a school in the Kyiv region on the start of the new academic year.

The President thanked India for its readiness to take the necessary steps and to convey the corresponding signal to Russia and other leaders during the meetings on the sidelines of the SCO summit.

As a result of the attack, 22 residents of the building were killed, including four children. The President expressed his condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and spoke with residents about their needs regarding housing, document recovery, and compensation. Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed all relevant authorities to provide maximum assistance to those affected in resolving all their problems.

The leaders discussed the development of security guarantees. Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that work is ongoing to finalize all components. The guarantees will consist of three blocks, and the President emphasized that one of the key security guarantees must be Ukraine’s membership in the European Union.

The cemetery already has sections for honorary burials, two columbaria, engineering networks, and an access road. For visitors, a parking lot and a regularly operating shuttle service have been arranged. A separate area of the cemetery is designated for the burial of warriors whose names are not yet known.
