The meeting between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Sweden Stefan Löfven, who is on a working visit to Ukraine, began in Kyiv.

The coordination meeting involving President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy was held in the framework of preparations for the meeting in the Normandy format. The parties discussed possible scenarios for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. The Head of State congratulated the leader of the European Commission on the beginning of the work of the new EC composition and wished success in the implementation of the identified priorities.

On the International Day of Disabled Persons, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree “On improving the effectiveness of measures in the field of the rights of persons with disabilities”.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that for the first time since independence, a real reform of the prosecutor's office had been started in Ukraine. He expressed confidence that after requalification of the prosecutors, the country would receive a fair, public-oriented prosecutor's office, which would serve as an example for other law enforcement agencies.

The first item on the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on December 3 should be amendments to the law on the State Bureau of Investigation as regards continuation of the investigation into crimes against participants of the Revolution of Dignity, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy together with his wife Olena met with representatives of the Ukrainian community in Vilnius.

In Vilnius, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a meeting with Speaker of the Lithuanian Seimas Viktoras Pranckietis. The Head of State thanked the Lithuanian Parliament for its strong position in support of Ukraine and noted the relevant initiatives of the Lithuanian MPs.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted strong economic ties between Ukraine and Lithuania and expressed hope that the volume of bilateral trade this year would exceed record indicators of the previous year.
