President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that during the meeting of leaders of the countries - participants in the Normandy format, a complete ceasefire in eastern Ukraine, which should start by the end of 2019, had been agreed.

The President of the French Republic, the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, the President of the Russian Federation and the President of Ukraine met today in Paris.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the Elysee Palace in Paris. At the official residence of the President of France, the Head of State will hold a number of bilateral meetings.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva. The Head of State told about the reforms currently implemented in Ukraine and discussed the terms of the new cooperation program with the Fund. The Head of the IMF praised the economic achievements of the new government and the progress made in implementing reforms by the government led by Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk.

The meeting attended by all NSDC members is held in private at the President's Office.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy supports the inclusion of representatives of IDPs from the occupied territories of Donbas in the negotiations of the Trilateral Contact Group.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that local elections in the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions should take place after the disarmament of illegal formations and under the control of Ukraine over the border.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wants to return from the Normandy format negotiations in Paris with a clear understanding on the release of Ukrainian hostages and on those responsible for ceasefire in Donbas. The Head of State announced this on the program "Freedom of Speech of Savik Shuster".

During his working visit to the Donetsk region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy paid a visit to the military unit performing tasks in the area of the Joint Forces Operation. The President also heard a report on the operational situation in the JFO area.

“Today, the Verkhovna Rada supported the bill, which I submitted as an urgent one, to allocate UAH 200 million from the Presidential Fund for the completion of the Okhmatdyt hospital. I am grateful to all the people's deputies for this really important decision. UAH 200 million is the amount that will allow to accelerate the completion of Okhmatdyt. We will be able to finish construction already in the spring,” the Head of State said.
