The Head of State thanked everyone who helps Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that our country is proud of such strong personal support from the ambassadors and their teams.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed four decrees enacting decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose sanctions on enterprises of Russia’s military-industrial complex, companies belonging to the sanctioned Rusal group, collaborators, senior Russian officials, and the authors and distributors of the animated series Masha and the Bear.

The President called on the Minister of Defense and everyone making decisions within the Defense Forces to align their actions with what the front, air defense, deep-strike operations, and mid-range strikes actually need. According to the Head of State, the first priority is to conduct an audit of all agreements with partners: what has been implemented and what still awaits implementation.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to Vladyslav Polskyi (call sign Teacher), commander of an assault company of the 475th Separate Assault Regiment CODE 9.2.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented 25 housing certificates to Heroes of Ukraine and the families of warriors who were awarded this title posthumously.

The Head of State congratulated the ambassadors on the beginning of their diplomatic missions in our country and briefed them on relations between the countries, diplomatic efforts to end the war, Russia’s intensifying attacks, and the need to support Ukraine ahead of winter.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation of Belgium Maxime Prévot.

The Head of State emphasized that Ukraine is once again restoring the highest form of historical justice – justice for itself: bringing home an outstanding son of the Ukrainian people.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on steps to preserve the national shrines of the Ukrainian people. The Head of State announced this at an event marking the 975th anniversary of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
