Ukraine counts on NATO‘s support for a UN-mandated multinational peacekeeping mission in certain occupied districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It was stated by the President during the joint press briefing with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
“We count on NATO‘s support for a UN-mandated multinational peacekeeping mission in Donbas with robust mandate providing full access throughout the occupied territory of Ukraine, including the uncontrolled part of state border,” the Head of State said.
Petro Poroshenko once again stressed that sanctions against Russia cannot be lifted until Russia changes its aggressive behavior.
“This behaviour as well as Russian revanchist policy cannot be tolerated,” he emphasized.
