President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has endorsed a proposal to reform the Presidential Office, ensuring that a significant portion of its staff are military personnel with verified combat experience and combat veterans. The proposal was submitted by Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.
The reform will apply to employees at all levels across every department. According to Andriy Yermak, this initiative is not only about fair treatment of Ukrainian warriors but also about their ability to deliver important results.
As an example, he cited the work of his deputy, Colonel Pavlo Palisa, who previously served as the commander of the 93rd Kholodnyi Yar Separate Mechanized Brigade and is now serving in the Presidential Office, demonstrating the same speed, integrity, and principled approach.
Andriy Yermak noted that in the future, this culture should expand across the entire civil service and called on representatives of business, IT, and culture to support this initiative.
