President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

The President informed Wes Streeting about the consequences of Russia’s massive attacks, including the attack last night.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy chaired a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, during which participants reviewed the implementation status of comprehensive resilience plans in several regions and approved Kyiv’s comprehensive resilience plan.

The President emphasized that Ihor Klymenko, together with the Security and Defense Forces, the government, and other institutions, would coordinate efforts to protect Ukraine amid the challenges of winter.

The President’s wife noted that since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression, the Association has become an effective international platform for supporting Ukraine, combining cultural diplomacy, humanitarian assistance, advocacy, and cross-sectoral partnerships.
