Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov took part in public hearings on the construction of the National Memorial Complex of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred – the Museum of the Revolution of Dignity, attended by Members of Parliament, representatives of the Government, the Office of the President, the Office of the Prosecutor General, clergy, and families of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.

In Kyiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with President of Honduras Nasry Asfura. This is the first visit by the head of this Central American state in the history of bilateral relations and the first-ever meeting between the leaders of Ukraine and Honduras.

I want to personally thank you and your team for changing Honduras’ course – you are supporting us on all key geopolitical platforms. That matters to us. On the one hand, Ukraine must defend itself, and we need air defenses to protect the lives of our people. On the other hand, we need the same level of protection for our independence, our geopolitical interests.

In Kyiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of Honduras Nasry Asfura, who is making his first visit to our country, honored the memory of fallen Ukrainian warriors.

If Ukraine quickly gains real membership in the European Union, Russia will lose one of its biggest grounds for trying to destabilize Ukraine and Europe, which is why a fast track is needed. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized this during the European Council meeting in Brussels.

The first cluster was recently opened, and it is fully deserved for both Ukraine and Moldova. And we are ready to move further. We will be happy to do it together. We can open the other 5 clusters as well. 

In Brussels, during the 35th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, with the participation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and the defense ministers of partner countries, participants discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defense, the supply of artillery shells and UGVs, and the development of a European anti-ballistic program.

The leaders discussed in detail the development of bilateral and regional cooperation. The focus was on energy security, including at the regional level.

The leaders discussed the bilateral agenda and Ukraine’s European integration, as well as the remaining challenges facing all European countries because of Russian aggression.

In Brussels, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico.
