President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Prime Minister of Bulgaria Rossen Jeliazkov. The key topics included a full and unconditional ceasefire, security guarantees, cooperation in the energy sector, and the development of bilateral relations.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for the joint statement by the Nordic and Baltic countries in support of a full, unconditional ceasefire for at least 30 days and direct negotiations between Ukraine and Russia at the highest level.

In Tirana, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with President of Moldova Maia Sandu to coordinate steps toward achieving a sustainable peace and to discuss the strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the meeting between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul. The President of Ukraine noted that the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations was represented at a high level and had a mandate to discuss a ceasefire.

All sides clearly emphasized that the war must end with an enduring and just peace, and that a full and unconditional ceasefire is the foundation for any further decisions.
