The Head of State thanked the European Union for opening the first negotiation cluster for Ukraine and Moldova. Volodymyr Zelenskyy described this as an important step in support of our country and, at the same time, a strong and clear signal to Russia and its attempts to divide Europe.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with President of Kenya William Ruto.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for the support for Ukraine and for a new decision: the allocation of £210 million for the supply of enriched uranium to support Ukraine’s nuclear industry. The President also expressed special appreciation for another UK sanctions step against Russia, targeting Russia’s shadow fleet and financial networks used to circumvent sanctions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in an event in support of women in Ukraine and their leadership, organized by the United Kingdom with the participation of Canada and Australia. The event was opened by the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom, Yvette Cooper.

In Geneva, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of Switzerland Guy Parmelin.

Ukraine has earned the right to move faster on its path to the EU, and that is exactly the political decision Europe needs today. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during his online address to the participants of the EU Intergovernmental Conference from Chișinău Airport on his way to the G7 Summit.
