On the occasion of Court Employees’ Day, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees appointing judges to local and appellate courts following the results of open competitions.

While on an official visit to Berlin, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a video call with civil and political figures who had been released from Belarus: Maria Kalesnikava, Viktar Babaryka, Maksim Znak, Alyaksandr Feduta, Uladzimir Labkovich, and journalist Marina Zolotova.

In Berlin, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of Finland Alexander Stubb.

We are currently preparing for meetings with the U.S. side and our European friends in the coming days. Berlin will host many events.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree implementing the National Security and Defense Council’s decision to impose sanctions against 656 maritime vessels that are part of Russia’s shadow fleet. This is the largest sanctions package ever applied to Russia’s shadow fleet.

The first youth space of the “12–21” network, created by the Olena Zelenska Foundation, has opened in Bila Tserkva. This is a barrier-free center designed for leisure, peer-to-peer interaction, and professional psychosocial support for adolescents and young people.

On the Day of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with warriors in Kharkiv, presented them with state awards, handed combat flags, honorary distinction ribbons “For Courage and Bravery,” and a ribbon bearing an honorary name to unit commanders.

The commander of the Tactical Group Kupyansk, Viktor Solimchuk, reported to the Head of State on the progress of the operation to locate and destroy the remaining enemy forces in Kupyansk, ongoing counter-sabotage measures, and the organization of the city’s further defense.

Battalion commander Artem Vasianovych briefed the Head of State on the tasks his unit is performing to defend Kupyansk – the part of the city where clearing operations against Russian occupiers are currently underway. The commander noted that Russians attempted to enter Kupyansk through gas pipelines but suffered heavy losses.

At the forward command post of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great in Kupyansk, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, met with warriors and congratulated the defenders on Land Forces Day.
