President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed a letter to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, expressing condolences over the deaths of people caused by complications from the coronavirus epidemic.

In the Obolon district office, Volodymyr Zelenskyy passed the procedure of obtaining a Ukrainian citizen's passport in the form of an ID card. Also, the migration service personnel embedded a qualified electronic signature in the document.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy endorsed the Government's decision to limit the salaries and bonuses of the heads of executive bodies.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting involving the representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada on the fulfillment of the tasks set before the government and plans for the near future.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the head office of PJSC JSB “Ukrgasbank” and got himself acquainted with the launch of the Program of financial state support of micro and small business “Available credits of 5-7-9%”.

The reforms currently implemented by the Ukrainian authorities aim at a significant increase in foreign and domestic investment, as Ukraine is becoming a stable and clear market of potentially great opportunities, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

“I am sure that the investment sphere provides the greatest prospects for economic partnership between Ukraine and Turkey today. It is not only about establishing joint ventures, but also about active participation of Turkish companies in the privatization process,” President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during the Ukrainian-Turkish business forum in Kyiv.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy notes that the work is currently underway to return Ukrainian citizens illegally detained in the occupied territories and in the Russian Federation. He expressed hope that an agreement on the date of the release of the first part of captives will be reached shortly.

Ukraine and Turkey have agreed to speed up the work on the text of the Free Trade Agreement and step up cooperation in the transport, energy supply and aviation sectors, as stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"Ukraine and Turkey will continue to build political partnership, interact within international organizations, cooperate on security issues,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
