Europe needs affordable, mass-produced anti-ballistic systems because ballistic missiles remain Russia’s last major advantage. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during his address to the participants of the Defense Industries Forum in Ankara.

The President briefed the Prime Minister on Russia’s massive missile and drone attacks. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine needs the fastest possible delivery of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems to save lives and prepare for winter.

The document provides for cooperation in the areas of security, the defense industry, military expertise, cybersecurity, technology, research and development, and the exchange of experience. The Government of the Netherlands has committed to providing Ukraine with military support worth €9 billion through 2029.
