The Head of the Presidential Office noted that the first step following negotiations with the Russian side should be the implementation of the prisoner exchange agreement in a “1,000 for 1,000” format. The second step is to determine the location for the next meeting with representatives of the Russian Federation.

On the Day of Remembrance for Victims of Political Repressions, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Olena Kovalska and Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications Mykola Tochytskyi visited the National Historical and Memorial Preserve "Bykivnia Graves" to honor the memory of the fallen.

An international conference “Deported Ukrainian Children: Europe’s Actions” was held in Helsinki. It was organized by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in cooperation with the Parliament of Finland under the auspices of the country’s First Lady, Suzanne Innes-Stubb.

The second session of the Intergovernmental Negotiation Committee on an International Treaty to establish a Claims Commission for Ukraine was held in The Hague. Participants of the meeting reviewed the draft treaty in detail and discussed the key components of the future commission: its composition, governance principles, and funding.

During the meeting, the parties discussed joint efforts to develop concrete mechanisms that can lead to a just and lasting peace for Ukraine. All sides clearly emphasized that the war must end with an enduring and just peace, and that a full and unconditional ceasefire is the foundation for any further decisions.

In Istanbul, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov held a meeting with Keith Kellogg, Special Envoy of the President of the United States; Jonathan Powell, National Security Adviser to the U.K. Prime Minister; Günter Sautter, Foreign Policy and Security Adviser to the Federal Chancellor of Germany; and Emmanuel Bonne, Diplomatic Adviser to the President of France.

Affected individuals can now submit claims for non-residential real estate that was destroyed or damaged after February 24, 2022. This includes office spaces, stores, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Respective claims can be submitted via the web portal or the Diia mobile application.
