President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with President of the Senate of Cambodia Hun Sen.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held the first meeting of the International Advisory Group on Investment Attraction and Economic Development of Ukraine. The meeting was moderated by Advisor to the President on Economic Development Chrystia Freeland.

The presidents discussed steps to end the war unleashed by Russia and the importance of reliable security guarantees for Ukraine.

The meeting was attended by MEPs from Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. The Head of State thanked the Members of the European Parliament and their countries for supporting Ukraine during this challenging time.

The President of Ukraine and the President of the United States also discussed the issues that their representatives will address on February 26 in Geneva during the bilateral meeting.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy highlighted Ghana’s consistent support for Ukraine’s positions in United Nations forums.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree conferring state awards on foreign leaders, government officials, volunteers, philanthropists, journalists, and civil society activists for their significant political and humanitarian support of Ukraine and Ukrainians during the full-scale Russian war.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees awarding the title Hero of Ukraine to members of the Defense and Security Forces. The Head of State also presented defenders with orders and medals and conferred military and special ranks.

The Head of State thanked Norway for all its support and particularly highlighted energy assistance. Such cooperation helps Ukraine get through every winter that Russia tries to turn into a weapon. Norway is also one of the largest investors in the PURL initiative: total contributions have already reached $970 million.

On the eve of and on the day of the fourth anniversary of the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ukraine’s partners announced new support packages for Ukrainians and sanctions against Russia.
