Special attention was given to key components of security guarantees, strengthening sanctions pressure on Russia, and coordinating EU and U.S. actions on this matter. The participants also discussed the European Union’s enlargement policy, particularly regarding Ukraine’s future membership.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Brusylо held a meeting with New Zealand’s Minister of Defense, Minister for Digitizing Government, Public Service, and Space, Attorney General Judith Collins, and Chief of the New Zealand Defense Force Tony Davies.

The Office of the President of Ukraine has begun implementing a reform aimed at increasing the number of servicemembers and veterans working across all departments. The announcement was made by Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.

At the instruction of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Deputy Head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva held a meeting with a Norwegian delegation led by Arild Eikeland, Director of the Department for International Security Policy and Operations at Norway’s Ministry of Defense.

Continuing the discussions initiated during the President of Ukraine’s meeting with the Chief of the Defense Staff of the United Kingdom, the parties focused on the development of security guarantees, including defense planning.

This was announced by Chantal Chambu Mwavita, a Government representative of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, during a meeting with Daria Herasymchuk, Advisor – Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Children’s Rights and Child Rehabilitation.

Advisor – Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Sanctions Policy, Vladyslav Vlasiuk, met with a Lithuanian delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Gabija Grigaitė-Daugirdė.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Iryna Mudra, and First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Sergiy Kyslytsya, held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Gabija Grigaitė-Daugirdė, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine, Inga Stanytė-Toločkienė.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has endorsed a proposal to reform the Presidential Office, ensuring that a significant portion of its staff are military personnel with verified combat experience and combat veterans. The proposal was submitted by Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.

On the instruction of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, Deputy Head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva held another briefing for the ambassadors of the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) countries.
