The Head of State discussed with participants the current security situation and the importance of being prepared for any possible threats.

“We are very grateful to you for your service and for defending our country. I wish you a speedy recovery and rehabilitation,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

“All partners note that Ukraine’s position is significantly stronger – both on the battlefield and in our long-range operations. This is significant, and it is precisely this kind of our pressure that can compel a shift toward right and effective diplomacy,” the Head of State emphasized.

Overall, 40 training and practical centers are operating in the Rivne region, seven of which were established in 2025. These centers serve as professional hubs for training young people and retraining adults, including veterans.

Defense measures in the city and in the Kyiv region are being strengthened, including anti-drone protection. Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk and Mayor of Slavutych Yurii Fomichev reported that shelters with recreation rooms, medical stations, and cafeterias have already been equipped in four schools in the city.

In Slavutych, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with representatives of territorial communities of the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions to discuss practical issues that require prompt resolution.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Ukrainian scientists, presented them with state awards, and conferred honorary titles.

The leaders coordinated positions on the diplomatic track regarding Russia’s war against Ukraine in order to reinvigorate substantive diplomacy.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted the letters of credence from the newly appointed non-resident ambassadors of foreign states: Jorge Ricardo Silen Santacoloma of Panama, Navaan-Yundengiin Oyundari of Mongolia, and Gloria Lissette Nalvarte Simoni de Isasi of Peru.
